The Manchester Ball is an annual fundraising dinner dance, which is hosted every November, with 100% of the proceeds donated to local Manchester charities.

The Manchester Ball draws on the professional and business community of Manchester and the North West for support and patronage.

Our patrons range from young professionals to Chief Executives, from local businesses to blue chip multi-nationals.

Manchester Ball 2015

In 2015, we raised an astonishing £42,946 for The Factory Youth Zone, enabling them to develop and sustain a Girl’s Group enabling them to increase female participation across all areas of activity and money raised by The Manchester Ball will help achieve this goal.

Your support will allow them to develop and sustain a Girl’s Group, increasing the number of young women who access the centre. Targeted programmes will allow them to approach sensitive subjects such as grooming, body image, self-harm and issues surrounding sexual health, ensuring that young women in the area remain safe.

Money raised will also provide the opportunity for girl only residential trips and outward-bound courses, developing new skills, building confidence and giving them an awareness of teamwork.

Girl’s only sessions and activities at The Factory will allow the group to access the same activities as their male peers in a safe and supportive environment.
